There are great ideas all over the internet!  Pizza is a consistent crowd-pleaser.  You can search the web for vegan pizza recipes if you want to make your own crust or get creative with your topping combinations.  Or, you can keep it SUPER simple and buy a whole grain or cauliflower crust, a jar of marinara sauce, and toppings of your choice (mushrooms, red pepper, basil, etc.).  Just assemble and put it in a 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
